Welcome to volunteering with the City of Coral Springs!

As a potential volunteer, you will be required to complete a Level II background screening, including fingerprinting, to comply with Florida Statute §943.0438.

This requirement helps ensure that all athletic coaches and volunteers working with student-athletes undergo the appropriate safety and screening procedures. You will be required to complete the attached forms prior to completing the fingerprint process.

Please follow the directions provided to your organization on how to return the forms and attend your fingerprint appointment. As a reminder, you cannot begin volunteering with the City of Coral Springs until you have been notified by a staff member that your results are clear.

On the day of your fingerprint appointment, you must provide a picture I.D. (school I.D. with photo is acceptable) to the LiveScan provider to complete the fingerprinting process.
